Ms. Chudnofsky is Director of the Education Initiative for the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital and leads training in Stress Physiology and Meditation. She will present a key component of The SMART Program on resiliency, Relaxation Response (RR). Ms. Chudnofsky’s presentation will include practice, take-aways for RCC employees and what they can bring back to their students.
Jessica is an assistant professor at The Boston Conservatory, Berklee. She is a certified Alexander Technique teacher and founder of a private studio, Alexander Actors. Come experience a fusion of the Alexander Technique and trauma-informed somatic work to explore the basics of nervous system function and how to restore it.
Dr. Armesto is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, where he serves linguistically and culturally diverse communities. He is a Certified Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) educator and teaches at Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy (IMP), The Center for Mindfulness and Compassion at Cambridge Health Alliance (CMC CHA), Providence VA Hospital, and Bristol Community College. In this session, you will learn about and practice Self Compassion and see how it relates to wellbeing and resiliency.

Poses are carefully placed and sequenced to offer a safe, fun, and playful experience.
